Sally Roumelis-Nichols
Sally founded ORCA in 2009 after overcoming her own battle with opioid addiction following a horse-riding accident. Leaving a successful corporate career behind, she dedicated her life to making compassionate, affordable recovery care accessible to every person in Marion County.
Her lived experience, combined with her leadership vision, has shaped ORCA into one of Ocala's most trusted outpatient recovery centers - a place where every person is seen, valued, and supported in their journey toward healing.
